Love the clouds. An overcast sky means fish are more likely to have to work harder to find their food in the dark, murky water. Bright colored or scented baits may work better on cloudy days to help the fish find them. Just be sure that the water remains warm so that the fish are moving.
A sharp knife should be kept in the tackle box. This piece of fishing equipment is critically important, and you’ll have endless problems if you don’t bring it with you. Be sure to invest in a high quality knife with a sharp, rust-proof blade.
